In plain language

Tier 1: $200K/year for 7 years (renewable once) for established world-leading researchers. Tier 2: $100K/year for 5 years (renewable once) plus $20K/yr research stipend in first term, for emerging leaders. Institutions hold the allocations and select nominees — researchers must already be in line at a university. Twice-annual nomination cycles (April/October).
